TASTING NOTES

This Muscat comes off biodynamically farmed vineyards in Bergheim’s Altenberg and Pflänzer regions, and their clay-limestone soils. This was native fermented, with one year on lees. Very fragrant, with honeysuckle, pear blossom, lime pith, lemon balm on a dryish, lightly waxen palate. This streams long on the slender palate, finishing with a limestone hum. Very pure.
