TASTING NOTES

Aromatically, the wine shows notes of plums and figs, with an overlay of vanilla oak enhancement. On the palate, expect forward fruit (blackberry) and density, with an attractive minerality. Long and persistent finish. Pairs well with red meat, particularly game.
