Mostly Garganega with some Glera and local ‘???’ white varieties. Fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged for 9 months in concrete tanks. Bottled unfiltered with a very small addition of S02 at bottling. Notes of white peach, apricot, honeydew melon and marjoram.
