TASTING NOTES

From the dry-farmed, organic and biodynamic vineyards of Sant'Or in the Peloponnese region of Greece comes their 2019 Roditis. Spontaneously fermented in stainless steel, allowed to go through full-malo and bottled unfined and unfiltered. Notes of wet stones, white stone fruit and lemon with a creamy texture. Absolutely nothing added save for an extremely small amount of S02 at bottling.
