Manoir de la Tête Rouge Bagatelle

A Cabernet Franc that's both energetic and true to the terroir of the Loire Valley's Saumur AOC. After undergoing a 6-day whole bunch maceration, the grapes are pressed off and finish fermenting in tank where the wine then rests for 9 months without additions before bottling, at which time a small amount of S02 is added.

Notes of black plums, raspberry, pepper flakes and graphite.
